How is my information protected?

Only Pharmahorizons staff who have been fully briefed on our Privacy Policy have access to your information for the purpose of assisting in employer searches and the updating of candidate profiles.

What if Pharmahorizons alters its Privacy Policy?

Pharmahorizons reserves the right to change its Privacy policy without notice. Changes will be posted on this page for 30 days. Please consult our policy before registering your profile on the site and consult it regularly to assure that you are in agreement. Your continued use of Pharmahorizons will mean that you accept the modified Privacy Policy. Your acceptance extends to information you provided under earlier versions of the Privacy Policy.

What about Pharmahorizons partner sites and third party partners?

Is my profile and resume confidential?

Pharmahorizons does not permit employers to see candidates’ full profiles without the express permission of the candidate prior to the release of any information. This express consent is provided by the candidate when the candidate applies through Pharmahorizons.com.

For the purposes of inviting candidates to apply for a position, an employer can see a candidate’s abbreviated profile. This profile is designed especially to preserve the anonymity of all candidates. The invitation to apply is sent by Pharmahorizons to the candidate at the request of the employer. An employer cannot see a candidate’s name, address, email address, name of employer(s), resume and cover letter without the candidate’s permission.
